研究目的：

本研究旨在评估低能量高频次脉冲染料激光（PDL）治疗对中国1岁以内婴儿鲜红斑痣（PWS）的疗效和安全性,旨在为鲜红斑痣患儿的早期治疗提供科学依据，推动临床实践的发展，并改善1岁以内婴儿鲜红斑痣的治疗效果和生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of low-energy, high-frequency pulsed dye laser (PDL) treatment for port-wine stains (PWS) in Chinese infants under one year of age. The goal is to provide scientific evidence for early treatment of port-wine stains in children, advance clinical practice, and improve the treatment outcomes and quality of life for infants with port-wine stains under the age of one.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有严重先天性疾病、严重心、肝、肾疾病、免疫系统损伤性疾病或有恶性肿瘤病史者； 2. 受试者依从性不好，或已知不能准时参加访视，或不愿意在研究期间遵守研究方案安排者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from severe congenital diseases, serious heart, liver, or kidney diseases, immunocompromising diseases, or with a history of malignant tumors. 2. Poor compliance, or known inability to attend scheduled visits, or unwillingness to adhere to the study protocol during the study period.
