Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of probiotic supplementation to improve sarcopenic obesity in older adults.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.继发性肥胖，包括皮质醇增多症、甲状腺功能减退症、胰岛素瘤、药物源性肥胖等； 2.具有严重骨性关节炎或神经组织病变等妨碍运动机能的病变；3.伴有严重病变如严重心脏、肺、肾脏、大脑病变及有其它严重全身性疾病或感染性疾病，如：恶性肿瘤、严重心肺疾患、神经系统疾病、精神病、HIV感染、血吸虫或肝吸虫病、癫痫以及其它病毒混合感染等；4.由于设置心脏起搏器等而无法完成生物阻抗检测；5.在研究者的判定下，不可能遵守方案的受试者、存在可能影响有效性或安全性的严重生理或心理疾病的患者；6.因其他各种因素无法配合完成整个干预及随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Secondary obesity, including cortisolism, hypothyroidism, insulinoma, drug-derived obesity, etc; 2. With severe osteoarthritis or neurological tissue lesions and other lesions that impede motor function; 3.With serious lesions such as serious heart, lung, kidney, brain lesions and other serious systemic or infectious diseases, such as malignant tumors, serious heart and lung diseases, neurological disorders, psychiatric disorders, HIV infection, schistosomiasis or hepatic schistosomiasis, epilepsy, and other viral mixed infections; 4.Inability to complete bioimpedance testing due to the setting of a pacemaker, etc; 5. Subjects who are unlikely to comply with the protocol at the judgment of the investigator, patients with severe physical or psychological illnesses that may affect effectiveness or safety; 6.Patients who are unable to cooperate in completing the entire intervention and follow-up due to various other factors.
