Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To evaluate the predictive value of PDO based in vitro drug sensitivity testing for clinical efficacy in sarcoma patients. Secondary objective: To evaluate the guiding significance of PDO based in vitro drug sensitivity testing for individualized and precise treatment of sarcoma patients.

排除标准：

1. 同时患有其他类型的恶性肿瘤； 2. 血管扩张型骨肉瘤；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Simultaneously suffering from other types of malignant tumors; 2. Vasodilatory osteosarcoma;
