1. 主要目的：呼出气一氧化氮能够作为肺损伤标记物，预测胸科术后肺部并发症 2. 次要目的：保护性通气策略对呼出气一氧化氮的影响

排除标准：

BMI>35、吸烟史、哮喘史、COPD等肺疾病、近期肺部炎症并药物治疗

Exclusion criteria：

BMI>35, smoking history, asthma history, COPD and other lung diseases, recent pulmonary inflammation, and drug treatment
