研究目的：

1.收集我国南方城市多家医院收治的原发性软组织肉瘤患者的临床资料,包括患者人口学特征、肿瘤特征、诊断方法、治疗模式以及随访资料等,建立一个大样本、多中心的软组织肉瘤患者数据库。 2.分析我国南方地区软组织肉瘤的发病率、病理亚型分布、临床特征等流行病学特点,了解该地区软组织肉瘤的诊断和治疗现状,包括诊断方法的应用情况、手术方式的选择、放化疗的实施等,评估目前诊疗规范化程度。 3.探讨影响软组织肉瘤患者预后的相关因素,如年龄、原发部位、肿瘤大小、分级、分期、手术切除范围、辅助治疗等,筛选独立预后因素,建立预后评估模型。 4.针对不同病理亚型的软组织肉瘤,分析其临床特征、诊疗模式、预后状况的异同,为制定个体化诊疗策略提供依据。对于部分病例数较多的亚型,尝试进行亚组分析,探索最佳诊疗措施。 5.总结目前软组织肉瘤诊疗中存在的问题和不足,提出切实可行的应对策略和改进措施。为国内软组织肉瘤诊疗规范的制定提供实证依据和数据支持,推动多学科诊疗模式的开展。

Objectives of Study：

Collect clinical data of patients with primary soft tissue sarcoma treated in multiple hospitals in southern cities of our country, including demographic characteristics of patients, tumor characteristics, diagnostic methods, treatment modalities, and follow-up data, etc., to establish a large sample, multi-center database of patients with soft tissue sarcoma. Analyze the epidemiological characteristics of soft tissue sarcoma in the southern region of our country, such as incidence rate, distribution of pathological subtypes, clinical characteristics, etc., to understand the current state of diagnosis and treatment of soft tissue sarcoma in this region, including the application of diagnostic methods, choice of surgical methods, implementation of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and evaluate the degree of standardization of current diagnosis and treatment. Investigate the factors affecting the prognosis of patients with soft tissue sarcoma, such as age, primary site, tumor size, grading, staging, range of surgical resection, adjuvant therapy, etc., to screen for independent prognostic factors and establish a prognostic assessment model. Analyze the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment modes, and prognostic status of different pathological subtypes of soft tissue sarcoma, to provide a basis for formulating individualized diagnosis and treatment strategies. Data sharing services are preliminarily scheduled to be provided within six months after the publication of the main findings or the relevant research papers. The exact timeline may be adjusted based on the progress of the study. Duration of Data Sharing The data will be shared for at least three years from the start of the sharing process. During this period, eligible researchers and institutions can apply to the project leader to access the relevant datasets. Scope of Shared Data This study will provide primarily de-identified original data while adhering to principles of participant privacy protection and research ethics.
