研究目的：

探究双歧杆菌对外源性肌酸吸收效果的影响，评估双歧杆菌通过促进肌酸吸收治疗抑郁症的可能性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of Bifidobacterium on exogenous creatine absorption and to assess the possibility of Bifidobacterium in the treatment of depression by promoting creatine absorption.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.两系三代内有精神疾病家族史；
2.成瘾药物滥用史；
3.明显的躯体疾病；
4.患传染性疾病（如梅毒、艾滋、乙肝、肺结核）；
5.处于妊娠期和哺乳期的妇女；
6.患有肌酸缺乏综合征和其他肌酸代谢相关的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Family history of mental illness within two lines and three generations;
2.History of addictive substance abuse;
3.Obvious physical illness;
4.Infectious diseases (e.g. syphilis, AIDS, hepatitis B, tuberculosis);
5.Women during pregnancy and lactation;
6.Suffers from creatine deficiency syndrome and other diseases related to creatine metabolism.
