研究目的：

通过深入探讨炎症免疫性疾病相关基因在EMs发病中的作用机制，可以更好地揭示疾病的发生发展过程，在治疗和预防方面提供新的思路和方法。此外，针对EMs的标准治疗方法存在副作用和高复发率的问题，本团队通过前期工作筛选得到参与EMs疾病发生的炎症免疫性疾病相关关键基因，有望通过找到靶基因参与的特定信号分子通路进行定向抑制和靶向治疗，以期更精确地干预疾病的发生和发展。同时，研究炎症免疫性疾病相关基因在EMs中的诊断价值，有助于早期发现和诊断该疾病，提高治疗的有效性和预后。  

Objectives of Study：

By delving into the mechanisms of inflammatory immune disease-related genes in the pathogenesis of EMs, we can better reveal the process of disease occurrence and development, and provide new ideas and methods for treatment and prevention. In addition, the standard treatment methods for EMs have problems with side effects and high recurrence rates. Our team has screened key genes related to inflammatory and immune diseases involved in the occurrence of EMs through preliminary work, and is expected to target inhibition and targeted therapy by identifying specific signaling molecular pathways involved in target genes, in order to intervene more accurately in the occurrence and development of the disease. At the same time, studying the diagnostic value of genes related to inflammatory and immune diseases in EMs can help detect and diagnose the disease early, improve the effectiveness and prognosis of treatment.
