Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of remazolam in hysteroscopic sedation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.ASAⅢ级及以上；
2.年龄≥65岁或年龄＜18岁；
3.BMI≥30kg/m2或BMI＜18kg/m2；
4.术前存在肝肾功能障碍；
5.近一周有过上呼吸道感染病史；
6.酗酒史；
7.苯二氮卓类药物或阿片类药物或氟马西尼过敏；
8.视听功能障碍以至于无法正常交流；
9.合并精神疾病；
10.孕妇或处于哺乳期；
11.拒绝参加试验；

Exclusion criteria：

1.ASA grade III or above;
2.Age ≥65 years or <18 years;
3.BMI ≥30kg/m2 or BMI <18kg/m2;
4.Presence of liver or kidney dysfunction before surgery;
5.History of upper respiratory tract infection in the past week;
6.History of alcohol abuse;
7.Allergy to benzodiazepines, opioids, or flumazenil;
8.Auditory or visual impairment that prevents normal communication;
9.Coexisting mental illness;
10.Pregnant or lactating women;
11.Refusal to participate in the trial;
