研究目的：

（1）评估单纯神经内镜血肿清除术（保留骨瓣）治疗大量高血压性脑出血的安全性和有效性； （2）规范神经内镜血肿清除术治疗大量高血压性脑出血的适应症和治疗方案  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To evaluate the safety and efficacy of simple neuroendoscopic hematoma removal (bone flap preservation) in the treatment of large hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage; (2) Standardize the indications and treatment options for neuroendoscopic hematoma removal in the treatment of large hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.脑出血是由创伤、肿瘤、烟雾病、动脉瘤或血管畸形引起的；
2.病人伴有严重的心、肝、肾或肺功能障碍；
3.无术后7天内头颅CT扫描；
4.术前双侧瞳孔散大，生命体征不稳定；
5.患者家属不同意手术治疗，未签署知情同意书；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Intracerebral hemorrhage is caused by trauma, tumors, moyamoya disease, aneurysms, or vascular malformations;
2.The patient has severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, or pulmonary dysfunction;
3.No head CT scan within the first 7 days after surgery;
4.Bilateral mydriasis and unstable vital signs before surgery;
5.The patient's family did not agree to the surgical treatment and did not sign the informed consent form;
