研究目的：

糖尿病患者使用外源性胰岛素，可能干扰内源性胰岛素的检测。目前外源性胰岛素对胰岛功能影响，是通过C肽水平进行评价的，但是前期研究发现，c肽水平也会受到外源性胰岛素的影响，为解决这个实际临床问题，为临床正确分析胰岛素释放实验提出可依据的证据。

Objectives of Study：

The use of exogenous insulin in patients may interfere with the detection of endogenous insulin. The effect of exogenous insulin on islet function, is evaluated by C peptide level, but previous studies found that C peptide levels may be affected by exogenous insulin.The goal of the study is to findcorrect clinical analysis of insulin release test.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）1型糖尿病
2）妊娠期糖尿病
3）肝肾功能不全
4）血糖控制不佳者
5）必须胰岛素治疗者

Exclusion criteria：

1) type 1 diabetes;
2) gestational diabetes mellitus;
3) liver and kidney insufficiency;
4) Uncontrolled blood sugar.

5) people who must be treated with insulin
