研究目的：

本研究是为了评估接受抗血小板治疗的老年人拔牙手术后出血并发症相关的危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to assess the hemorrhagic complications of elderly patients with antiplatelet therapy undergoing dental extractions and to identify factors associated with an increased risk of perioperative bleeding complications.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.正在进行抗凝治疗的患者 2.血小板数目低于80×10*9 3.肝衰竭以及其他影响出血和抗凝的系统疾病患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with anticoagulant therapy;
2. Platelet counts below 8×10^9;
3. Patients with liver dysfunction or any systemic disease affecting postoperative bleeding or coagulopathies.
