Objectives of Study：

Observation on the clinical efficacy of Nourishing Yin and Determining Palpitation Soup in treating ventricular premature beats of cardiac yin deficiency type

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.急性心肌梗死、主动脉夹层、心源性休克等危重患者。 2.24h动态心电图：室性早搏>10 000次/24 h或室性早搏负荷占总心搏数的10%以上，或有室性早搏诱发室性心动过速/心室颤动发作的记录，或其他严重心律失常。 3.心脏瓣膜病、先天性心脏病、心肌病等； 4.有PCI手术指征或有导管消融治疗指征； 5.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； 6.存在过敏反应的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute myocardial infarction, aortic coarctation, cardiogenic shock and other critical patients; 2. 24h ambulatory electrocardiogram: ventricular premature beats >10,000 beats/24 h or ventricular premature beat load accounting for more than 10% of the total number of beats, or records of ventricular premature beat-induced ventricular tachycardia/ventricular fibrillation episodes, or other serious cardiac arrhythmias; 3. Heart valve disease, congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, etc; 4. Indication for PCI procedure or indication for catheter ablation therapy; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. patients with allergic reactions.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1) 数据的收集由本研究的主要研究人员完成，准确、及时、完整的收集资料。 2) 数据录入前的核查工作由有资格的核查人员完成，有问题及时反馈和质疑。 3) 数据的编码、数据库的建立、数据的录入、整理、审核和锁定由专人完成。 4) 纸质CRF锁于临床研究专用资料柜，由本课题组专人负责保管，留作将来科研。数据由专人录入Excel表。所有数据只有授权的本课题科研人员可以获得并查看。 5) 数据保存于主要研究者的移动存储设备，设立密码。 6) 研究所用的电脑设置防火墙，防止未授权的人员查看。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1) Data collection was completed by the principal investigator of this study and was accurate, timely and complete. 2) Verification of data prior to entry was completed by qualified verifiers, with timely feedback and questioning of any problems. 3) Coding of data, establishment of database, data entry, organization, review and locking were completed by dedicated personnel. 4) The paper CRFs were locked in a special data cabinet for clinical research, which was kept by a special person in the research group for future scientific research. The data will be entered into an Excel sheet by a specialized person. All data can only be accessed and viewed by authorized researchers of the study. 5) The data will be stored in the principal investigator's removable storage device with a password. 6) The computers used in the study are firewalled to prevent unauthorized personnel from viewing them.
