研究目的：

主要研究目的：本课题拟探究相较于单纯药物治疗，网络正念干预结合药物治疗的方式对于焦虑性障碍患者的情绪改善更加明显。 次要研究目的：探究不同程度焦虑性障碍患者是否存在免疫细胞因子的异常，如果存在异常，那么进一步探索长期网络形式正念减压干预是否会对其产生有益的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Main Objectives: This project aims to explore the more significant improvement of mood in patients with anxiety disorders by combining online mindfulness intervention combined with medication compared with drug treatment alone. Secondary objectives: To explore whether patients with different degrees of anxiety disorder have abnormalities in immune cytokines, and if so, to further explore whether long-term network-based mindfulness-based stress reduction interventions will have a beneficial effect on them.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有符合ICD-11诊断标准的其他重性精神障碍，包括器质性精神障碍、酒精及毒品依赖/滥用、精神分裂症、分裂情感障碍等；
2.严重的视觉、听觉和语言障碍者或有其他严重疾病，如感染、肝肾衰竭，项目负责人或研究人员认为无法耐受本研究的治疗方案；
3.对本实验所涉及药物及其成分过敏者；
4.过去两年中已参加 4 次及以上正念或认知行为治疗；
5.目前已经在进行针对焦虑性障碍的心理治疗；
6.妊娠期或哺乳期患者；
7.存在严重自杀倾向，自杀风险评估量表得分＞10分。
8.对于正念减压相关课程者没有兴趣者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Suffering from other severe mental disorders that meet the diagnostic criteria of ICD-11, including organic mental disorders, alcohol and drug dependence/abuse, schizophrenia, schizophrenia, etc；
2.Individuals with severe visual, auditory, and language impairments or other serious illnesses such as infections, liver and kidney failure, who are deemed intolerable to the treatment plan of this study by the project leader or researchers;
3.Individuals who are allergic to the drugs and their components involved in this experiment;
4.Has participated in mindfulness or cognitive-behavioral therapy four or more times in the past two years;
5.Currently undergoing psychological treatment for anxiety disorders;
6.Pregnant or lactating patients;
7.There is a serious tendency towards suicide, with a suicide risk assessment scale score greater than 10 points.
8.For those who are not interested in mindfulness and stress relief related courses.
