评估基于疼痛敏感质量指标的护理方法对慢性痛患者在减轻疼痛程度、提高生活质量方面的有效性和可行性，为慢性痛患者的临床护理提供科学依据和实践指导。  

Objectives of Study：

Assessing the Effectiveness and Feasibility of Narrative Nursing Combined with Diversified Health Education in Patients with Chronic Pain in Reducing Pain Intensity and Improving Quality of Life, Providing a Scientific Basis and Practical Guidance for Clinical Nursing of Patients with Chronic Pain.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠期或哺乳期患者； 2.患有其他严重器官功能障碍的患者； 3.研究中患者资料缺失的患者； 4.自动要求退出研究的患者； 5.不配合调查的患者及其家属； 6.患有恶性肿瘤疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. Patients with other severe organ dysfunctions; 3. Patients with missing data in the study; 4. Patients who voluntarily request to withdraw from the study; 5. Patients and their family members who do not cooperate with the investigation; 6. Patients with malignant tumor diseases.

采用随机数字表法进行分组。首先，将符合纳入标准的慢性痛患者依次编号。然后，从随机数字表中任意选取一个起始点，按照一定的方向和顺序读取随机数字。 根据随机数字的奇偶性将患者分为干预组和对照组。

The random number table method is used for grouping. First, patients with chronic pain who meet the inclusion criteria are sequentially numbered. Then, a starting point is randomly selected from the random number table, and random numbers are read in a certain direction and order. According to the odd or even nature of the random numbers, patients are divided into the intervention group and the control group.
