研究目的：

本研究拟采用益生菌素这种新的方法治疗女性细菌性阴道病，评价其治疗效果和维持阴道微生态的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to use probiotics as a new method for treating bacterial vaginosis, and to evaluate its therapeutic effect and the role of maintaining vaginal microenvironment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 由白塞氏病、糖尿病、外阴白色病变等所引起的外阴瘙痒、疼痛及盆腔炎症所致外阴阴道炎；
2) 滴虫性阴道炎患者，真菌性阴道炎患者,已知患有淋球菌、沙眼衣原体、单纯疱疹病毒或人体刺瘤病毒所致的阴道炎者及盆腔炎者；
3) 合并严重心脑血管疾病、肝肾功能异常病史和造血系统等严重原发性疾病、精神疾病患者不能配合治疗者；
4) 妊娠期妇女、哺乳期妇女、计划妊娠妇女、月经期妇女或近期有生育计划者；
5) 长期使用抗菌药物者；
6) 需联合应用其他抗真菌药物的感染者；
7) 过敏体质或已知对甲硝唑类过敏者；
8) HRT治疗（使用激素）的病人；
9) 接受本次研究治疗前2周内，接受过抗真菌和微生物治疗（全身或阴道内治疗）的患者；
10) 疑有恶性肿瘤或其他严重疾病患者；
11) 严重免疫缺陷或使用免疫抑制剂患者；
12) 严重的肝、肾疾病，或血生化AST、ALT >ULN的1.5倍；Cr>ULN者；
13) 需要接受子宫颈上皮内瘤样病变治疗和宫颈炎急性期的患者；
14) 月经期妇女；
15) 已知有吸毒、酗酒史者；
16) 研究者认为不适合入组者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pruritus and pain caused by Behcet's disease, diabetes mellitus; vulvovaginitis caused by pelvic inflammation;
2) Trichomoniasis vaginitis, fungal vaginitis, gonococcus, chlamydia trachomatis, vaginitis and pelvic inflammation caused by herpes simplex virus or human stinger virus;
3) Serious primary diseases such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, history of abnormal liver and kidney function, hematopoietic system, etc.;
4) Pregnant, breast-feeding, and women have pregnancy plan;
5) Long-term use of antimicrobial agents;
6) Patients who need to be treated with other antifungal drugs;
7) Allergic constitution or known allergic to metronidazole;
8) Patients treated with HRT (hormone use);
9) Patients who received antifungal and microbiological therapy (systemic or intravaginal) within 2 weeks of treatment in this study;
10) Suspected malignant neoplasms or other serious diseases;
11) Patients with severe immunodeficiency or immunosuppressant use;
12) Severe liver and kidney diseases, or the level of Alt or Cr in blood is higher than the upper of normal range;
13) Patients who need treatment for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and acute cervicitis;
14) Menstruating women;
15) Persons known to have a history of drug and alcohol abuse;
16) The researchers found that they were not suitable for inclusion.
