探讨持续炎症反应在评估脓毒症后抑郁症中的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the association between persistent inflammation and depressive symptoms in sepsis survivors

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往有脑损伤病史，如卒中，脑外伤，癫痫，颅内感染，颅内肿瘤等；2. 既往有精神疾病或中枢神经系统变性疾病史，如抑郁症，精神分裂症，双相情感障碍，帕金森病，老年痴呆，亨廷顿氏病等；3. ICU内死亡；4. ICU住院时间小于48小时；5. 患者存在言语交流障碍；6. 本次住院期间多次入住ICU的经历；7. 转至其他医院ICU。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of stroke, TBI, epilepsy, intracranial infection, intracranial tumor, etc; 2. Previous history of psychiatric disorder or CNS degenerative diseases, such as depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, Huntington's disease, etc.; 3. died during ICU stay; 4. length of ICU stay < 48 hours; 5.Impaired verbal communication; 6. multiple ICU admission during the hospitalization; 7. transferred to other ICU
