研究目的：

探讨岩盐气溶胶疗法在尘肺病治疗康复中的作用及可能产生的不良反应，通过多中心、分层、随机对照试验来筛选最佳适应症，最佳的治疗时间，从而为尘肺病综合防治提供新方法。

Objectives of Study：

This clinical study was designed to evaluate the clinical efficacy and side effects of halotherapy in the treatment of pneumoconiosis patients through a multicenter, stratified, randomized, controlled trail, which is helpful in selecting the best indications and optimal cure time and provides a new approach for comprehensive prevention and therapy of pneumoconiosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)排除合并活动期肺结核等传染性疾病；(2)急性呼吸道感染；(3)心功能失代偿的心脏病等对心肺功能具有干扰因素者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients combined with active pulmonary tuberculous or suffering from infectious diseases;
(2) acute respiratory infections;
(3) other server diseases affect cardiopulmonary function (including heart disease with decompensation of heart function).
