研究目的：

原发性醛固酮增多症的治疗依赖它的分型诊断（金标准为肾上腺静脉取血），为此我们主要想探究计算机辅助手术系统对肾上腺静脉取血成功率的影响，进而给予患者更恰当的治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

The treatment of primary aldosteronism relies on its subtype diagnosis, with the gold standard being adrenal venous sampling. Therefore, we aim to investigate the impact of computer-assisted surgical systems on the success rate of adrenal venous sampling, in order to provide more appropriate treatment for patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肾性高血压、肾血管性高血压和肾上腺性高血压。2.最近经历过应激状态的患者，如感染、创伤和手术，以及有严重心脏病、肝肾功能不全和心血管疾病史。3.服用糖皮质激素、甘草制剂或避孕药。4.活动性恶性肿瘤患者。5.有肾上腺切除术史或肾上腺皮质功能不全的患者。6.家族性醛固酮增多症患者。8.不适合手术，如心力衰竭，纽约心脏协会（NYHA）III或IV级，严重贫血（血红蛋白<60 g/L），3个月内中风或急性冠脉综合征，严重腹水和肝硬化，eGFR<30(mL/min/1.73m²)。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Renal hypertension, renovascular hypertension, and adrenal hypertension. 2.Patients who have recently experienced a state of stress, such as infection, trauma, and surgery, as well as those with a history of severe heart disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, and cardiovascular disease. 3.Patients eating corticosteroids, glycyrrhizin preparations, or oral contraceptives. 4.Patients with active malignant tumors. 5.Patients with a history of adrenalectomy or adrenal cortical insufficiency. 6.Patients with familial primary aldosteronism. 7.Patients unsuitable for surgery, such as those with heart failure classified as New York Heart Association (NYHA) class III or IV, severe anemia (hemoglobin < 60 g/L), stroke or acute coronary syndrome within the last three months, severe ascites and liver cirrhosis, and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 30(mL/min/1.73m²)..
