研究目的：

泛凋亡在肌少症中的作用及其机制暂目前未被阐明，本研究旨在探索衰老导致体内炎性因子（TNF-α、IL-6）水平的改变是否通过泛凋亡这一机制从而影响肌少症  

Objectives of Study：

The role and mechanism of pan apoptosis in sarcopenia have not been elucidated yet. This study aims to explore whether the changes in the levels of inflammatory factors (TNF - α, IL-6) in the body caused by aging affect sarcopenia through the mechanism of pan apoptosis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

病理性骨折、合并有其它脏器损伤或其它部位骨折、既往经历过影响该侧股外侧肌结构的手术、肿瘤性疾病、风湿性疾病、糖尿病、肌病或其他神经肌肉疾病史、慢性病毒感染（乙型肝炎病毒[HBV]、丙型肝炎病毒[HCV]、人类免疫缺陷病毒[HIV]等）；服用抗骨质疏松药物或长期服用皮质类固醇治疗自身免疫性疾病（一个月以上）；受伤时间超过3天；老年人未行胸部CT扫描；不同意参与本实验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Pathological fracture, combined with other organ injury or fracture at other parts, previous operation affecting the lateral thigh muscle structure, tumor disease, rheumatic disease, diabetes, myopathy or other neuromuscular disease history, chronic virus infection (hepatitis B virus [HBV], hepatitis C virus [HCV], human immunodeficiency virus [HIV], etc.); Taking anti osteoporosis drugs or long-term corticosteroid treatment for autoimmune diseases (more than one month); Injury lasting more than 3 days; Elderly individuals who have not undergone chest CT scans; Patients who do not agree to participate in this experiment.
