研究目的：

（1）对已完成𬌗贴面修复的活髓隐裂牙，回顾性观察并随访每一位患者至5年以上，评估该修复方式的长期有效性。 （2）通过该研究明确影响活髓隐裂牙行𬌗贴面修复后修复体的存留率、邻接关系、边缘封闭性等长期预后（随访周期5年）的相关因素。 （3）通过该研究确定影响活髓隐裂牙行𬌗贴面修复后患牙长期（随访周期5年）存留率及牙髓存活率的相关因素。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) For the living pulp cracked teeth with occlusal veneer restoration, each patient was retrospectively observed and followed up for more than 5 years to evaluate the long-term effectiveness of this restoration method. (2) Through this study, the relevant factors affecting the long-term prognosis (follow-up period of 5 years), such as the retention rate, adjacency and marginal sealing of the prosthesis after the occlusal veneer repair of living pulp cracked teeth were identified. (3) This study was used to determine the factors affecting the long-term (5-year follow-up period) survival rate and pulp survival rate of the affected tooth after occlusal veneer restoration.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者经慎重考虑不愿采用此种方式修复的，或无法按时复诊的；
2.患者口内广泛性患龋、唾液分泌过少等易龋因素；
3.生活不能自理的未成年人、老年人以及精神疾病患者，未控制的系统性疾病或传染病，无法配合治疗；
4.患牙被诊断为不可逆性牙髓炎者，比如存在搏动性跳痛、尖锐的自发痛、或夜间痛的；
5.患牙存在大面积牙周病变或根尖周病变者；
6.患牙被诊断为劈裂牙、根纵裂及根横折等；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who, after careful consideration, do not wish to be repaired in this way, or who are unable to return to the doctor on time;
2.The patient suffered from widespread oral caries and too little salivation;
3.Patients who, after careful consideration, do not wish to be repaired in this way, or who are unable to return to the doctor on time;
4.Patients with teeth diagnosed with irreversible pulpitis, such as throbbing pain, sharp spontaneous pain, or nighttime pain;
5.The affected tooth has a large area of periodontal disease or periapical lesions;
6.The affected teeth were diagnosed as split teeth, longitudinal root cleft and transverse root fracture;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究中所有的隐裂牙患者均由两位具有丰富的牙体牙髓及修复经验的医生筛选入组完成，颌贴面修复由一位医生固定完成，而术后治疗效果的评估则有另一位医生按照标准化的流程完成，另外两名医生负责所有患者的随访工作，此外，所有的数据均完善记录于病例及数据库中，最终的数据分析工作由课题组内的4名医生共同完成。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

In this study, all patients with cacked teeth were selected by two doctors with rich experience in endodontic and endodontic restoration, occlusal veneer restoration was finished by one doctor, and postoperative treatment effect was evaluated by another doctor according to standardized procedures, and the other two doctors were responsible for follow-up work of all patients. All the data were recorded in the case and database, and the final data analysis was completed by 4 doctors in the research group.
