研究目的：

基于数字化管理干预平台开展多维干预，探究对老年二型糖尿病合并轻度认知功能障碍患者认知功能、糖尿病自我效能、双任务表现的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the Impact of Multidimensional Interventions through a Digital Management Platform on Cognitive Function, Diabetes Self-Efficacy, and Dual-Task Performance in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes and Mild Cognitive Impairment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有精神心理疾病既往史、现病史； 2.失去自理能力； 3.无法进行正常的语言交流，包括存在听力、语言、视力障碍的老年人； 4.因患有其他疾病而限制活动； 5.以往或正在服用增强认知功能类的药物； 6.有脑外伤、神经系统疾病（帕金森、硬化症、脑卒中等）、酒精中毒等易导致认知功能障碍的病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History or current diagnosis of psychiatric disorders; 2. Loss of self-care ability; 3. Inability to engage in normal verbal communication, including hearing, speech, or vision impairments; 4. Activity limitations due to other medical conditions; 5. Previous or current use of cognition-enhancing medications; 6. History of brain injury, neurological diseases (such as Parkinson's disease, sclerosis, stroke, etc.), or alcohol intoxication that could easily lead to cognitive impairment.

由一名不参与本研究的课题组成员“小W”利用在线的随机化数字生成器（Research Randomizer）生成随机数字，规定奇数被分配到干预组，偶数被分配到对照组。

A member "W" from another research team, who is not involved in this study, utilized an online random number generator (Research Randomizer) to generate random numbers. Odd numbers were assigned to the intervention group, while even numbers were assigned to the control group.
