本项目将依托融合了最新一代的便携式VR 头戴设备与可穿戴手部动作捕捉设备的新型技术平台,开发交互式评估软件与后台计算系统,实现不同VR 测评场景中手部动作捕捉与软件反馈的实时联动,实现老年人精细运动数据的采集及参数的转化,进而开发VR 下认知障碍老年人精细运动多维度交互式评估系统;以此为基础开展横断面研究,建立老年认知障碍患者精细运动参数数据库并进行深度数据挖掘,以揭示早期认知障碍的精细运动缺陷细节,创建适用于MCI 老年人的新型精准化、生态化筛查工具,并为进一步探索精准有效的干预靶点、延缓痴呆奠定基础。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This project will rely on a new technology platform that integrates the latest generation of portable VR headsets and wearable hand motion capture devices to develop interactive evaluation software and backend computing systems. It will achieve real-time linkage between hand motion capture and software feedback in different VR evaluation scenarios, collect fine motor data of the elderly and convert parameters, and further develop a multi-dimensional interactive evaluation system for fine motor of elderly people with cognitive impairment in VR; Based on this, a cross-sectional study will be conducted to establish a fine motor parameter database for elderly patients with cognitive impairment and conduct in-depth data mining, in order to reveal the details of fine motor defects in early cognitive impairment, create a new type of precision and ecological screening tool suitable for MCI elderly, and further explore the precision of Establishing effective intervention targets and laying the foundation for delaying dementia. |

排除标准: |
已确诊为血管性痴呆、路易体痴呆者; 确诊为帕金森病及帕金森综合征者; 患有骨关节病影响运动功能者; 12个月内发生过骨折; 视听力极度受限影响正常交流者; 诊断为重度痴呆者; 处于疾病急性期或功能状态不稳定; 正在参与其他临床研究。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
Individuals who have been diagnosed with vascular dementia or Lewy body dementia based on age; Diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and Parkinson's syndrome; Individuals with osteoarthritis that affects their motor function; Fracture occurred within 12 months; Extremely limited visual and auditory abilities affecting normal communication; Diagnosed with severe dementia; Being in the acute phase of illness or experiencing unstable functional status; I am currently participating in other clinical studies. |
