研究目的：

依托云南省“0-18岁儿童先天性心脏病免费筛查和干预工作”项目，了解我省CHD的分布现状，明确环境及地域海拔对CHD心力衰竭的影响程度，通过超声左室-压力应变环结合血流动力学参数评估心室容积、整体泵功能和心肌力学信息。为先心患者行手术的指征掌握提供证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the "Free Screening and Intervention Program for Congenital Heart Disease in Children Aged 0-18" in Yunnan Province, we aim to understand the distribution status of CHD in our province and clarify the degree of impact that environmental factors and altitude have on heart failure associated with CHD. We will assess ventricular volume, overall pump function, and myocardial mechanics using ultrasound left ventricular pressure-strain loops combined with hemodynamic parameters. This will provide evidence for determining surgical indications for patients with congenital heart disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并阻力负荷型先心病； 2.复杂先天性心脏畸形； 3.透声条件差，或因体位受限等因素不能配合； 4.合并有严重的心律失常、原发性 PAH、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、严重瓣膜性病变等； 5.肝脏、肾脏等脏器功能不全者； 6.非生长于云南亚高原地区CHD儿童； 7.不愿意参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Congenital heart disease with combined resistance load; 2. Complex congenital heart malformations; 3. Poor sound transmission conditions, or due to limited position and other factors can not cooperate; 4. Patients with severe arrhythmia, primary PAH, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, severe valvular disease, etc. 5. Those with liver, kidney, or other organ dysfunction; 6. Children with congenital heart disease not from the Yunnan subplateau region; 7. Those unwilling to participate in this study.
