探究不同肺萎陷优化策略用于胸腔镜手术支气管封堵器行OLV时肺萎陷的效果及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy and safety of different lung collapse optimisation strategies for lung collapse during OLV with bronchial blocker in thoracoscopic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、术前肺功能检查：FEV1%<70%预计值； 2、 严重心肺肝肾功能疾患； 3、既往有胸科手术史； 4、既往有结核、胸膜炎、气胸及严重COPD病史； 5、患者拒绝临床试验.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative pulmonary function tests: FEV1 <70%; 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic and renal dysfunction; 3. History of thoracic surgery; 4. History of tuberculosis, pleurisy, pneumothorax and severe COPD; 5. Patients who refuse clinical trials.
