研究目的：

本研究旨在分析痔上直肠黏膜套扎术及痔核套扎术治疗内痔的临床疗效及安全性，进一步明确痔上直肠黏膜套扎术的临床效益，以便为后续临床治疗及患者个体化的手术方案的选择提供建议。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of superior mucosal ligation and hemorrhoid ligation in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids, and to further clarify the clinical efficacy of rectal mucosal ligation, in order to provide suggestions for the follow-up clinical treatment and the choice of individual operation plan for patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者有严重的心、肝、肾疾病； 2.患者有严重免疫功能缺陷； 3.患者全身条件极差不能耐受内镜治疗； 4.患者有盆腔放化疗史； 5.患者直肠或肛管有严重感染或炎性（肿瘤）病变，直肠或肛管因严重感染或炎性（肿瘤）病变接受过手术； 6.患者为妊娠妇女； 7.患者对内镜下治疗有异议，对可能的风险存在担忧，拒绝签署《知情同意书》； 8.患者随访时间不足、临床资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who had severe heart, liver, and kidney disease. 2. Patients who had severe immune deficiency. 3. Patient's general condition was too poor to tolerate endoscopic therapy. 4. Patientshad a history of pelvic chemoradiotherapy. 5. Patients had severe infection or inflammatory lesion in the rectum or anal canal,or the rectum or anal canal had undergone surgery. 6. Patient is a pregnant woman. 7. Patients who disagreed with endoscopic treatment and were concerned about the possible risks refused to sign the informed consent form. 8. The follow-up time was insufficient and the clinical data were incomplete.

患者取左侧卧位，内镜先端接 6 连发套扎器,套筒的杯口对准肛直线上缘直肠黏膜持续负压吸引，黏膜进入套筒观察到全屏“满堂红”，顺时针转动套扎器手柄，感知套扎环被成功触发，提示套扎已完成。

干预措施代码：

Intervention：

The patient takes the left side decubitus position, the endoscope is connected with 6 serial ligators, the cup of the sleeve is pointed at the upper edge of the straight anal line and the rectal mucosa is continuously aspirated under negative pressure. The mucosa enters the sleeve and sees a full-screen"Full house". The sensing loop is successfully triggered, indicating that the loop is complete.

患者取左侧卧位，内镜先端接 6 连发套扎器,套筒的杯口对准痔核基底部(齿状线上）持续负压吸引，痔组织进入套筒观察到全屏“满堂红”，顺时针转动套扎器手柄，感知套扎环被成功触发，提示套扎已完成。

干预措施代码：

Intervention：

The patient takes the left side decubitus position,the endoscope is connected with 6 serial ligators,the cup the sleeve is aligned with the base of the hemorrhoid (on the dentate line) for continuous negative pressure suction.The hemorrhoid enters the sleeve and sees a full-screen"Full house". Turn the handle of the sleeve clockwise and feel that the loop is successfully triggered, the ligature is completed.
