研究目的：

拟开展一项小样本、前瞻性、随机对照的临床研究，观察并分析术中导航可视化穿刺技术在治疗合并轻度意识障碍中等量脑出血患者的效果。可为合并轻度意识障碍中等量脑出血患者手术治疗方式的选择提供新思路，也对促进该类患者良好的预后具有重要的临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

We plan to conduct a small sample, prospective, randomized controlled clinical study to observe and analyze the efficacy of intraoperative navigation visualization puncture technology in treating moderate to moderate cerebral hemorrhage patients with mild consciousness disorders. This can provide new ideas for the selection of surgical treatment methods for patients with mild consciousness disorders and moderate cerebral hemorrhage, and also has important clinical application value in promoting good prognosis for such patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者生命体征不稳定，中、重度昏迷； 2.合并严重内科疾病（心功能 及肝肾功能障碍）不能耐受手术的患者； 3.经脑血管检查发现有脑血管畸形或颅脑动脉瘤的患者； 4.凝血功能明显异常患者； 5.GCS评分小于12分，大于14分。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unstable vital signs and moderate to severe coma; 2. patients with serious medical diseases (heart function, liver and kidney dysfunction) who could not tolerate surgery; 3. patients with cerebrovascular malformation or intracranial aneurysm detected by cerebrovascular examination; 4. patients with significantly abnormal coagulation function; 5. GCS less than 12 points, more than 14 points.
