随访观察小梁切除术后青光眼患者滤过泡区域血管面积及手术治疗效果，分析两者之间的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

With followup of patients with glaucoma after trabeculectomy, to analyse the relationship between vessels area in filtering bleb and surgery effect.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）手术引起的结膜下出血。
2）有滤过泡相关性并发症如滤过泡渗漏、滤过泡炎和滤过泡相关眼内炎等。
3）既往有眼表、眼内手术和眼外伤史。

Exclusion criteria：

1) The conjunctiva hemorrhage was caused by the operation;
2) complications in filtering bleb;
3) no prior history of conjunctival injury or surgery ,no other ocular surgery.
