研究目的:

本项目将参考已有ASD早期筛查、诊断量表,结合儿童口腔就诊情景,搭建模式儿童口腔诊所以及ASD儿童特征性行为数据库,开发一个儿童口腔医疗机构可以使用的ASD快速筛查系统,并对该系统的临床有效性进行评估。该系统可以应用于儿童口腔就诊的全过程,在儿童治疗口腔疾病的同时,协助医生早期筛查出高风险的ASD儿童,并进一步建议转诊和进一步诊断检查。该系统一方面提高ASD筛查率,简化临床路径,优化诊疗资源,支持ASD的临床管理,有利于ASD儿童接受早期干预及后续恢复,帮助ASD儿童的家长更新观念,为ASD的恢复提供家庭助力;另一方面搭建模式儿童口腔诊室以及ASD儿童特征性行为数据库,进一步为基于大数据的ASD筛查和诊断的发展提供有力支持。  

Objectives of Study:

This project will refer to existing ASD early screening and diagnostic scales, combine pediatric dental visit scenarios, build a model pediatric dental clinic and a database of characteristic behaviors of children with ASD, develop a rapid ASD screening system that can be used by pediatric dental medical institutions, and evaluate the clinical effectiveness of this system. The system can be applied throughout the entire process of children's dental visits, assisting doctors in early screening of high-risk ASD children while treating dental diseases, and further recommending referrals and further diagnostic examinations. On the one hand, the system improves the ASD screening rate, simplifies clinical pathways, optimizes diagnostic and treatment resources, supports clinical management of ASD, and is beneficial for ASD children to receive early intervention and subsequent recovery, helping parents of ASD children to update their concepts and provide family support for the recovery of ASD. On the other hand, by building a model pediatric dental clinic and a database of characteristic behaviors of children with ASD, it further provides strong support for the development of big data-based ASD screening and diagnosis.

排除标准:

1.患儿有严重实质性组织器官功能障碍或损伤、有严重肿瘤疾病、自身免疫性疾病、凝血造血功能障碍等; 2.患儿有自残、自杀倾向; 3.患儿治疗依从性极差。

Exclusion criteria:

1. The child has severe functional organ disorders or injuries, serious tumor diseases, autoimmune diseases, coagulation and hematopoietic dysfunction, etc. 2. The child has tendencies towards self-harm or suicide. 3. The child has very poor compliance with treatment.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

1. 病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF):试验采用电子病例报告表(eCRF)进行数据采集,eCRF按照试验方案设计,包括数据采集表格、研究流程、数据表单名称及其收集的数据项,并形成相应的数据采集指南。 2. 电子数据采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC):使用ResMan,一个基于互联网的EDC平台。数据管理员根据试验方案建立eCRF,由数据管理员进行测试,测试内容包括页面设计、访视期设置、访视中的录入表单顺序及每个数据点的顺序;不同用户浏览权限的准确性等。数据管理人员结合EDC系统特点并根据项目实际要求进行逻辑程序的设计,数据录入同时EDC进行自动逻辑核查,实时发出系统疑问,除系统疑问外,数据管理员对文本数据进行人工核查,有问题发出人工疑问。逻辑核查测试由数据管理员根据数据核查计划完成,测试EDC系统能否按照预先设计准确执行质疑提示的触发和关闭,测试过程生成并保存有关文件存档。每位用户将获得独立的用户名和密码,研究中心指定人员通过安全网络将原始数据录入eCRF中,研究人员需按照GCP和试验方案要求来收集受试者数据,同时依据填写指南准确、及时、完整、规范地填写eCRF,eCRF不作为原始记录,产生相应的提示信息,允许研究中心人员对录入的数据进行修改。在数据库锁定之前,研究者将使用电子签名确认数据,以保证数据记录的准确性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

1.Case Report Form (CRF): The trial utilizes electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) for data collection, which are designed according to the trial protocol. This includes data collection forms, study procedures, form names, and the data items to be collected, as well as the formation of corresponding data collection guidelines. 2.Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system: ResMan is used, an internet-based EDC platform. Data managers establish eCRFs based on the trial protocol and conduct testing, which includes page design, visit period settings, the order of data entry forms during visits, and the sequence of each data point; the accuracy of different user access permissions, etc. Data management personnel design logical programs in conjunction with the characteristics of the EDC system and according to the actual requirements of the project. During data entry, the EDC system automatically performs logical checks, issues real-time system queries, and apart from system queries, data managers manually review textual data and issue manual queries if necessary. Logical check testing is completed by data managers according to the data verification plan, testing whether the EDC system can accurately execute the pre-designed triggers and closures for query prompts, with related documentation generated and archived during the testing process. Each user will receive a unique username and password, and designated personnel at the research center will enter raw data into the eCRF via a secure network. Researchers must collect subject data in accordance with GCP and trial protocol requirements, and complete the eCRF accurately, promptly, comprehensively, and in compliance with the filling guidelines. The eCRF is not considered the original record but will generate relevant prompt information, allowing research center personnel to modify the entered data. Before the database is locked, investigators will use electronic signatures to confirm the data to ensure the accuracy of the data records.
