本研究的目的是设计基于信息-动机-行为技巧（IMB）模型的行为干预，以及经济激励措施，促进中国老年人群接种流感疫苗，并通过随机对照试验验证行为干预和经济激励单独和联合实施的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to design the IMB-based behavioral intervention and economic incentives for promoting self-paid influenza vaccination among the Chinese elderly, and conduct a randomized controlled trial to validate the separate and combined effectiveness of behavior interventions and economic incentives.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 由医生评估，存在不适宜接种流感疫苗的身体健康情况； 2)存在可能影响到知情同意过程的认知障碍或其他严重疾病

Exclusion criteria：

a) having a physical health condition deemed unsuitable for influenza vaccination as assessed by a physician; b) having cognitive impairment or other severe illness that may affect the informed consent process.

在每个社区内将采用简单随机抽样方法招募100名参与者，从各社区卫生服务中心获取基本公共卫生服务名单，研究助理将使用计算机软件SPSS 21.0生成随机数字序列，由社区卫生服务中心工作人员进行抽取。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Within each selected community, a simple random sampling method will be employed to recruit 100 participants. The sampling frame will be drawn from the community health centers' lists of individuals receiving basic public health services. Research assistants will utilize the computer software SPSS 21.0 to generate a random number sequence, which will then be used by community health center staff to select the participants.
