研究目的：

探讨PERMA 模式下的心理干预对急性白血病患儿父母FoP、积极心理资本、应对方式、幸福感的影响； 提出可行的护理干预措施，提升积极心理资本与应对方式，降低急性白血病患儿父母FoP水平，从而提高其幸福感。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of PERMA psychological intervention on FoP, positive psychological capital, coping style and happiness of parents of children with acute leukemia. To propose feasible nursing intervention measures, improve positive psychological capital and coping style, reduce FoP level of parents of children with acute leukemia, and improve their happiness.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往有精神病史或严重的认知障碍； 2. 家中有其他重大躯体疾病的患者； 3. 拒绝参加本研究或参加其它研究的患儿父母； 4. 未能完成本研究的患儿父母；

Exclusion criteria：

1. A history of mental illness or severe cognitive impairment; 2. Patients with other major physical diseases in the family; 3. Parents who refused to participate in this study or other studies; 4. Parents of children who failed to complete the study;

对入组后的患儿父母在急性白血病常规护理基础上，进行8周PERMA模式的积极护理干预。干预主题围绕积极自我认知与照护、负性情绪的积极矫正、积极品质的培养、春暖花开、专心致志、团结互助、赠人玫瑰，手有余香、有志者，事竟成。8个主题展开。根据患儿父母的具体情况，干预人员灵活调整干预内容和顺序。

Parents of enrolled children will receive an 8-week positive care intervention based on the PERMA model, in addition to routine care for acute leukemia. The intervention themes are centered on eight topics: positive self-perception and caregiving, constructive correction of negative emotions, cultivation of positive qualities, "spring arrives and flowers bloom," mindful focus, mutual support, "giving roses leaves fragrance in your hand," and "where there’s a will, there’s a way." Interventionists will flexibly adjust the content and sequence of the intervention according to the specific circumstances of each parent.
