研究目的：

针对肺动脉栓塞所具有的发病急、致死率高、过度诊疗的疾病特点与以CTA为主的临床诊断检验手段在一定情况下存在缺陷的临床现状，探索基于胸部平扫CT的肺动脉栓塞特异性临床特征，进而开发出早期鉴别诊断模型，形成创新性理论和模型算法的研究成果，并开展临床服务和验证应用。

Objectives of Study：

In view of the disease characteristics of acute onset, high mortality and overdiagnosis of pulmonary embolism and the clinical status of the defects of clinical diagnostic test methods mainly based on CTA in certain circumstances, this paper explored the specific clinical characteristics of pulmonary embolism based on chest plain CT, and then developed an early differential diagnosis model, and formed the research results of innovative theory and model algorithm. Clinical services and validation applications were also carried out.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肺动脉CTA禁忌症；2.肾功能不全；3.怀孕；3.年龄小于18岁；4.正在行抗凝治疗；5.在入院前已经诊断为肺栓塞；6.不能进行随访；7.不能取得知情同意书；8.拒绝参加本次研究

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindications of pulmonary CTA; 2. Renal insufficiency; 3. Pregnancy; 3. Under 18 years old; 4. Receiving anticoagulant therapy; 5. Pulmonary embolism was diagnosed before admission; 6. Inability to follow up; 7. Informed consent cannot be obtained; 8. Refuse to participate in the study
