研究目的：

1）在已有的针对大学生的“Student COMPASS”I-ACT干预课程中纳入儒家伦理与干预技术是否可以提升中国大陆大学生群体的stress, anxiety and depression心理健康情况与睡眠健康情况；2）Student COMPASS Enhanced跨文化适应性改良I-ACT干预是否可以提升中国大陆大学生的心里灵活性水平；3）Student COMPASS Enhanced课程在进行跨文化适应性改良后是否表现出比原有Student COMPASS课程更好的stress, anxiety and depression心理健康、睡眠健康与心理灵活性改善效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1) whether the incorporation of Confucian ethics and intervention techniques into the existing Student COMPASS I-ACT intervention program for university students can improve stress, anxiety and depression mental health and sleep health in a Chinese university student population; 2) whether the Student COMPASS Enhanced cross-cultural adaptation I-ACT intervention can improve the mental flexibility of college students in mainland China; 3) whether the Student COMPASS Enhanced program shows better performance than the original Student COMPASS program after cross-cultural adaptation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（a）有病理性精神疾病与睡眠障碍，且在医院接受相关治疗；（b）病理性精神疾病与睡眠障碍，在医院接受相关治疗;（c）宗教信仰。

Exclusion criteria：

(a) Pathological mental illnesses and sleep disorders with relevant treatment in a hospital; (b) Pathological mental illnesses and sleep disorders with relevant treatment in a hospital; (c) Religious beliefs.
