研究目的:

本研究拟通过通过3D打印技术,设计瓦里安FSD三通道施源器卵圆体插植模板,并应用于局部晚期宫颈癌近距离放疗患者,以提高靶区剂量、降低正常组织照射剂量,降低操作难度,缩短操作的时间。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to design a Varian FSD three-channel applicator ovoid implantation template using 3D printing technology and apply it to brachytherapy for patients with locally advanced cervical cancer. The goal is to increase the target dose, reduce the radiation dose to normal tissues, decrease the difficulty of the procedure, and shorten the operation time

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1)年轻<18 岁或年龄>80 岁 2)存在盆腔放疗史 3)因解剖受限无法行后装治疗 4)患者拒绝接受后装治疗;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Age < 18 years or > 80 years. History of pelvic radiotherapy. Unable to undergo brachytherapy due to anatomical limitations. The patient refuses to undergo brachytherapy.
