Objectives of Study: |
Main research purpose: To explore the intervention effect of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) combined with conventional cognitive training on children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), especially its improvement effect on social and cognitive functions, including Autism Behavior Checklist (ABC), Child Autism Rating Scale (CARS), etc. . Secondary research purpose: Using near-infrared brain functional imaging technology, explore the effect of tDCS on brain functional connectivity in children with ASD, and the relationship between these changes and improvement of clinical symptoms. |
