This study explores the potential of artificial intelligence in dental operative skills education, aiming to innovate the teaching mode, deepen the knowledge understanding, enhance the effect of skills training, optimize the educational resources, and promote the development of distance education and independent learning.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

参与者符合以下任一条将会被排除: 牙体牙髓病学,牙周病学,口腔修复学,口腔颌面外科学4门课程期末考试不及格; 本学年转专业、停课或退学;拒绝入组或中途退出; 眼动追踪9点矫正未达到矫正标准的;在对照组中使用OpenAI相关软件或应用程序; 未完成技能测试者。

Exclusion criteria:

Participants will be excluded if they meet any of the following criteria: failure in final exams of the four courses (endodontics, periodontology, prosthodontics, and oral and maxillofacial surgery); transfer to another major, suspension, or withdrawal from the current academic year; refusal to join the study or withdrawal midway; failure to meet the calibration standards in the 9-point eye-tracking calibration; use of OpenAI-related software or applications in the control group; or failure to complete the skill test.

符合纳入标准的参与者通过密封信封法随机分组,以最大程度减少系统偏差。 由一个统计人员通过SPSS软件生成了随机序列,并将其等比分成两组;然后将组别信息写入提前准备好的不透明的信封。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

Participants who meet the inclusion criteria will be randomly assigned to groups using the sealed envelope method to minimize systematic bias. A statistician generated a random sequence using SPSS software and evenly divided it into two groups. The group allocation information was then placed into pre-prepared opaque envelopes.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data Collection 1. Baseline Stage: All participants complete the Case Record Form (CRF), and the data is entered into the ResMan system to ensure consistency. 2. Intervention Stage: After the intervention, experimental data, including VR test scores and eye-tracking data, is collected and entered into the ResMan system. 3. Follow-up Stage: During subsequent follow-up tests, results are collected and managed through ResMan. Data Management System 1. Data Consistency Verification: All electronic data entries must be cross-checked with the original CRF data to ensure accuracy. 2. Data Backup Policy: The EDC system (ResMan) automatically backs up data daily, and the research data is regularly saved to independent storage devices to prevent data loss. 3. Data Privacy and Security Management: Data must be encrypted during transmission and storage, ensuring privacy, and only authorized personnel can access the data.
