研究目的：

(1) 了解青春期女孩的月经情况及代谢特征，探索代谢综合征（MetS）与青春期无排卵性异常子宫出血（AUB-O）发病的相关性。 (2) 评价MetS对青春期AUB-O地屈孕酮治疗效果和治疗后随访结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

( 1 ) To understand the menstrual status and metabolic characteristics of adolescent girls, and to explore the correlation between metabolic syndrome ( MetS ) and adolescent anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding ( AUB-O ). ( 2 ) To evaluate the effect of MetS on dydrogesterone treatment and follow-up outcomes after treatment for adolescent AUB-O patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）肝、肾疾病，肝肾功异常超出正常值上限2倍；2）患有免疫系统疾病；3）糖尿病透析治疗期间；4）1型糖尿病；5）血液系统疾病、生殖器器质性并病变；6）甲状腺功能异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1 ) liver and kidney disease, liver and kidney dysfunction beyond the upper limit of the normal value of 2 times ; 2 ) suffering from immune system diseases ; 3 ) During the dialysis treatment of diabetes ; 4 ) Type 1 diabetes ; 5 ) Blood system diseases, genital organic diseases ; 6 ) Thyroid dysfunction.
