研究目的：

基于睡眠障碍的交感神经过度兴奋机制，针对性进行星状神经节阻滞干预，拟论证其对睡眠障碍的改善及其效益，并从神经内分泌、电生理、神经功能影像学多角度进行机制探讨，为睡眠障碍的治疗提供相关依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on sleep disturbance mechanism of sympathetic excitement, targeted stellate ganglion block intervention, to demonstrate its on the improvement of the sleep disorders and their benefits, and this paper discusses multiple perspectives from the aspects of neuroendocrine, electrophysiology, neural function imaging mechanism, provide evidences for the treatment of sleep disorders.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

⑴对局麻药物过敏
⑵哮喘患者
⑶有出血倾向者
⑷鼾症或睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic reaction to the anesthesia;
2. asthmatic;
3. There is a tendency of bleeding;
4. Patients with snoring or sleep apnea syndrome.
