研究目的：

1. 探究血液肿瘤患者在参与造血干细胞移植(Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation, HSCT)决策过程中感知到的问题、困惑及需求。 2. 基于移动学习平台构建并完善血液肿瘤患者HSCT决策辅助工具。 3. 验证血液肿瘤患者HSCT决策辅助工具的临床应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the problems, confusions, and needs perceived by hematologic malignancy patients in the decision-making process for Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT). 2. To construct and refine a decision-aid tool for HSCT for hematologic malignancy patients based on a mobile learning platform. 3. To evaluate the effects of this tool on decision conflict, preparation of decision making, decision self-efficacy, disease knowledge level, and anxiety and depression in hematologic malignancy patients through empirical research.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.在近3个月内正在或研究期间服用抗焦虑、抑郁药者；
2.先前存在或目前存在精神疾病(可诊断的精神健康状况，包括双相情感障碍、重度抑郁症和精神分裂症等疾病)；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those who have been taking anxiolytic or depressant medication within the past 3 months or during the study;
2.Pre-existing or current psychiatric disorders (diagnosable mental health conditions, which include disorders such as bipolar affective disorder, major depressive disorder, and schizophrenia).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由经过专门培训的资料收集员对数据进行测量和采集。采用Excel 2016建立数据库,为保证数据录入的准确性，所有数据均双人录入；采用SPSS软件进行数据处理。

Data are measured and collected by the professional training nurses; the database is established using excel 2016, and then to ensure the accuracy of data, all data is entered by two researchers; SPSS will be used for data analysis.
