Objectives of Study：

Screening peripheral inflammatory immune cells and molecules associated with perioperative neurocognitive disorder.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

交流沟通障碍；病情处于终末期，如合并恶性肿瘤、器官衰竭严重等；痴呆和严重精神疾病的患者；BMI≥30；药物滥用史；正在接受抗细菌/病毒治疗；急性或正在感染；系统性炎症疾病；超敏状态；输血；血液系统肿瘤；失代偿性心脑血管疾病；资料缺失；拒绝配合以及要求退出者。

Exclusion criteria：

Communication barriers; The disease is in the terminal stage, and is complicated with malignant tumors, serious organ failure, etc. Patients with dementia and severe mental illness; BMI≥30; A history of drug abuse; Receiving anti-bacterial/viral treatment; Acute or ongoing infection; Systemic inflammatory diseases; Hypersensitive state; Blood transfusion; Hematologic tumors; Decompensated cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; Data is missing; Those who refuse to cooperate and ask to quit.
