研究目的：

当前关于GDD儿童在静息状态下EEG微状态变化的研究较少，本文旨在探讨 GDD 儿童在静息态脑电微状态特征并探讨与Gesell 发育量表得分之间的相关性，从而揭示 GDD 儿童大脑神经活动模式与发育行为之间的关系，为 GDD 的早期诊断和干预、疗效评价提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

At present, there are few studies on the changes of EEG microstate in children with GDD at rest. This paper aims to explore the characteristics of EEG microstate in children with GDD at rest and the correlation with Gesell development scale, so as to reveal the relationship between brain neural activity pattern and developmental behavior of children with GDD and provide scientific basis for early diagnosis, intervention and curative effect evaluation of GDD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除因脑瘫和脊髓损伤导致运动障碍的 GDD 儿童，以及因脑炎、脑创伤或脑出血导致后天神经系统损害的儿童。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude GDD children with dyskinesia caused by cerebral palsy and spinal cord injury, and children with acquired nervous system damage caused by encephalitis, brain trauma or cerebral hemorrhage.
