研究目的：

为炎症因子对糖尿病的影响提供了新的见解，临床可考虑通过检测IL-33、 sST2、维生素D水平，预测DKD发生风险，指导早期合理干预，可能对降低DKD发生率有积极意义。  

Objectives of Study：

It provides a new insight into the influence of inflammatory factors on diabetes mellitus. Clinical consideration can be given to predicting the risk of DKD by detecting IL-33, sST2 and vitamin D levels, and guiding early reasonable intervention, which may have positive significance in reducing the incidence of DKD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①血肌酐>400umol/L或者需要透析的DKD患者； ②存在严重的胃肠道疾病，影响维生素D吸收者； ③做过胃肠道手术患者（单纯胃息肉、肠息肉切除除外）

Exclusion criteria：

1. DKD patients with serum creatinine >400umol/L or requiring dialysis; 2. with severe gastrointestinal diseases, affecting vitamin D absorption; 3. Patients with gastrointestinal surgery (except simple gastric polyps and intestinal polyps resection).
