研究目的：

1. 描述肺癌患者失志综合征现况、影响因素及机制，为识别重点人群及干预靶点提供理论支持。 2. 描述肺癌患者失志综合征的体验，明晰肺癌患者发生失志综合征的影响因素。 3. 构建肺癌患者失志综合征的干预方案 4. 实施并初步评价该干预方案对改善肺癌患者失志综合征的效果  

Objectives of Study：

1. To describe the current status, influencing factors and mechanisms of demoralization syndrome in lung cancer patients, and to provide theoretical support for the identification of key populations and intervention targets. 2. To describe the experience of demoralization syndrome in lung cancer patients, and to clarify the influencing factors of the occurrence of demoralization syndrome in lung cancer patients. 3. Construct an intervention programme for demoralization syndrome in lung cancer patients 4. Implement and initially evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention programme in improving the demoralization syndrome in lung cancer patients

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用便利抽样法，随机选择武汉市某级甲等医院64名处于治疗队段的肺癌患者为研究对象。首先基于随机数字表法随机选择 64个2位数的随机数，然后将 64名即将参与研究的患者，按入院顺序从 1-64进行编号，并依次则随机数字从小到大编号。规定编号<32 的为对照组，≥32 的为实验组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Convenience sampling method was used to randomly select 64 lung cancer patients in the treatment cohort of a class A hospital in Wuhan City as the study subjects. Firstly, 64 2-digit random numbers were randomly selected based on the random number table method, and then the 64 patients who were going to participate in the study were numbered from 1-64 according to the order of admission, and the random numbers were numbered from smallest to largest. It was stipulated that those with number <32 would be the control group and those with number ≥32 would be the experimental group.

盲法：

单盲：本研究实施单盲原则，对研究对象实施盲法，仅干预实施者知道分组情况。对照组接受常规照护，干预组接受 “失志综合征干预方案”，在干预结束后若干预组显示出显著改善效果，则给予对照组与实验组相同的干预内容。

Blinding：

Single-blind: this study implemented the principle of single-blindness by blinding the study subjects and only the intervention implementer was aware of the grouping. The control group received usual care and the intervention group received the "demoralization Intervention", and at the end of the intervention if the intervention group showed significant improvement, the control group was given the same intervention components as the experimental group.
