严重心肺肾功能不全，食管、胃或上腹部手术史，不愿意配合超声检查。

Exclusion criteria：

severe cardiopulmonary and renal insufficiency, esophageal, stomach or upper abdominal surgery history, unwilling to cooperate with ultrasound examination.
