研究目的：

通过检测唾液/龈沟液中的生物标记物来诊断牙周炎，并进一步筛选其最佳组合，提升牙周炎诊断的准确性，实现牙周炎的快速检测。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to diagnose periodontitis by detecting biomarkers in saliva/gingival sulcus fluid, and further screen their optimal combinations to improve the accuracy of periodontitis diagnosis and realize the rapid detection of periodontitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）口内有急性感染灶，如急性牙髓炎，根尖周炎、牙周脓肿、间隙感染等； 2）近期发烧、过敏、酗酒、怀孕或者哺乳期妇女； 3）患有唾液腺结石，唾液腺炎症或唾液腺肿瘤等唾液腺疾病； 4）口干燥症患者； 5）HIV或活动期HBV或HCV感染者； 6）免疫抑制治疗患者； 7）患有出血性疾病； 8）恶性肿瘤患者； 9）慢性肾功能衰竭或者肝硬化； 10）服用影响骨代谢或者牙龈的药物； 11）研究者认为不适合入组的其他患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Acute foci of infection in the mouth, such as acute pulpitis, apical periodontitis, periodontal abscess, and interstitial infection; 2) Women with recent fever, allergies, alcoholism, pregnancy or lactation; 3) Salivary gland diseases such as salivary gland stones, salivary gland inflammation or salivary gland tumors; 4) Patients with dry mouth; 5) Patients with HIV or active HBV or HCV infection; 6) Patients on immunosuppressive therapy; 7) Patients with bleeding disorders; 8) Patients with malignant tumors; 9) Chronic renal failure or cirrhosis; 10) Taking drugs that affect bone metabolism or gums; 11) Other patients deemed unsuitable for enrollment by the investigators.

Loss of attachment on the adjacent surfaces of two or more noncontiguous teeth or Loss of attachment of ≥3 mm on the (lingual) surfaces of ≥2 teeth with >3 mm of periodontal pockets
