研究目的：

（1）通过对PAA-ACP@ AuMC的制备及其性质进行表征，并且重点对该运载体系进行探究，该研究将为釉质脱矿的药物治疗奠定实验基础，并为釉质脱矿的防治提供新思路，开辟新途径。 （2）探讨应用PAA-ACP@ AuMC对脱矿釉质的再矿化能力，从而明确其促进釉质脱矿再矿化效率的可行性和促进脱矿釉质再矿化的优良潜力，以评估其临床转化的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) By characterizing the preparation and properties of PAA-ACP@AuMC, and focusing on exploring the delivery system, this study will lay an experimental foundation for the drug treatment of enamel demineralization, and provide new ideas and open up new ways for the prevention and treatment of enamel demineralization. (2) To explore the remineralization ability of PAA-ACP@AuMC on demineralized enamel, so as to clarify its feasibility in promoting the efficiency of enamel demineralization and its excellent potential in promoting the remineralization of demineralized enamel, so as to evaluate the feasibility of its clinical transformation.
