研究目的：

1.初步了解北方地区代谢综合征各组分情况及不同人群危险因素，达到对代谢综合征的预防，为代谢综合征防止提供理论依据。2.真正实现对肥胖、糖尿病等代谢异常疾病的早期诊断，早期防治和综合管理。3.试摸索新型管理模式对慢性代谢性疾病的管理成效，为接下来线上线下大数据及远程app管理作铺垫。4.依托于综合性医院健全的多学科诊疗实力，实现综合化的患者疾病管理。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Preliminary understanding of the various components of metabolic syndrome and the risk factors of different populations in northern China, in order to prevent the metabolic syndrome, and to provide theoretical basis for metabolic syndrome prevention; 2. To realize early diagnosis, early prevention and comprehensive management of metabolic disorders such as obesity and diabetes; 3. Try to find out the management effect of new management mode on chronic metabolic diseases, and pave the way for the following online and offline big data and remote app management; 4. Based on the comprehensive multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment capacity of comprehensive hospitals, to realize the integrated patient disease management.
