探讨Th9、Th17、Th22及相关细胞因子在糖尿病性骨质疏松症发病机制中的可能作用，探索其在炎症介导的骨代谢中的关键作用环节  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the possible role of Th9, Th17, Th22 and related cytokines in the pathogenesis of diabetes induced osteoporosis, and explore their key role in inflammation mediated bone metabolism

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.高血压、恶性肿瘤、肺部疾病、多囊卵巢综合征、自身免疫性疾病患者； 2.合并其他影响糖代谢的疾病，如甲状腺功能亢进症、肢端肥大症及库欣综合征等； 3.有严重肝肾疾病、贫血、营养不良者； 4.妊娠及哺乳期妇女； 5.其他特殊类型糖尿病及明确诊断为继发性骨质疏松症者； 6.酗酒者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with hypertension, malignant tumors, lung diseases, polycystic ovary syndrome, and autoimmune diseases; 2. Merge other diseases that affect glucose metabolism, such as hyperthyroidism, acromegaly, and Cushing's syndrome; 3. Individuals with severe liver and kidney diseases, anemia, and malnutrition; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Other special types of diabetes and those who are definitely diagnosed as secondary osteoporosis; 6. Alcoholics.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

To ensure data standardization, training will be provided before the start of the study, including proper use of bone density meters, understanding of inclusion and exclusion criteria, and filling out case report forms. Data recording requires timeliness, accuracy, completeness, and standardization. The information collector and recorder record the information of the subjects and strictly keep the data confidential during the research process.
