研究目的：

通过与皿治林（咪唑斯汀缓释片）对比，评价单独使用玉屏风颗粒、玉屏风颗粒结合皿治林治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yupingfeng granule alone and Yupingfeng granule combined with minzhilin in treatment of allergic rhinitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 血管运动性鼻炎，嗜酸性粒细胞增多性鼻炎，变应性鼻窦炎，急性鼻炎。
2. 合并鼻息肉、鼻中隔偏曲等鼻腔器质性改变。
3. 1个月内使用过抗组胺药、激素、抗白三烯药等治疗变应性鼻炎。
4. 妊娠期、哺乳期妇女。
5.心电图检查示Q-T间期延长，或有严重心律失常患者。
6. 具有严重的原发性心、肝、肺、肾、血液或影响其生存的严重疾病。
7. 由于智力或行为障碍不能给予充分知情同意者。
8. 根据研究者的判断、具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变，如工作环境经常变动等易造成失访的情况。
9.对玉屏风颗粒或皿治林过敏者。
10.正在参加其他药物临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Vasomotor rhinitis, eosinophilic rhinitis, allergic sinusitis, acute rhinitis;
2. Merge nasal polyps, nasal septum deviation and other nasal organic changes;
3. Use antihistamines, hormones, anti-leukotriene and other treatment of allergic rhinitis Within 1 month;
4. Pregnancy, lactating women;
5. ECG examination showed prolonged Q-T interval, or patients with severe arrhythmia;
6. Serious primary heart, liver, lung, kidney, blood, or serious illness that affects its survival;
7. Persons who do not have full informed consent due to mental or behavioral disorders;
8. At the investigator's discretion, other conditions that have the potential to reduce enrollment or complicate enrollment, such as frequent changes in the working environment, can result in lost follow-up;
9. Yuping wind particles or dish governance Lin allergies;
10. Patients who are participating in other drug clinical trials.
