研究目的：

腰椎侧方融合是我院具有特色的治疗脊柱退变的术式。探索影像组学在腰椎侧方融合术中的应用可帮助提升疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Lateral lumbar fusion is a characteristic approach for treating spinal degeneration at our hospital. Exploring the applications of radiomics in lateral lumbar fusion surgery can help improve treatment outcomes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有腰椎手术史、创伤、肿瘤或感染病史； 2. 存在退行性脊柱侧弯或其他严重脊柱畸形； 3. 临床数据不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of previous lumbar spine surgery, trauma, tumor, or infection. 2. Presence of degenerative scoliosis or other significant spinal deformity. 3. Incomplete clinical data.
