Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the impact of previous hepatic encephalopathy on brain function recovery after liver transplantation

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

酒精性肝硬化或药物滥用史；常规MRI检查发现脑内其他器质性病变，如肿瘤、中风等；肝癌病史；不能配合完成MRI检查；严重的术后并发症。

Exclusion criteria：

history of drug or alcohol abuse; brain lesions such as a tumor or stroke revealed by coventional; history of liver cancer; unable to complete the MR examinations.
